## How buying works
Four steps from first look to registration: enquire, free site visit (pickup from Siliguri, NJP, Bagdogra or Malbazar), document review, registration. Buyers receive the deed chain, khatian, mutation record and site map before paying anything. Stamp duty, registration and agency fee are shown on one sheet up front. Remote buyers can complete the process by video call.
